Whole-slide (20 mm × 13 mm) human colorectal cancer cell-type decomposition. Different tissue regions are annotated by the pathologist as ground truth. Heat map shows the cell-type distribution of fibroblast, tumor, intestinal epithelial, smooth muscle and immune/inflammatory cells, with color reflecting the density of each cell type. CLAM attention heat maps were generated using CLAM with default parameters.
