Experimental protocol for TRAP2 behavioral experiments. TRAP2 WT mice were injected with 4-OHT 30 min prior to behavioral testing, and then received either repetitive bouts of social or object touch (5 s stim, 5 s ISI) for 30 min. As a control, a subset of mice received repetitive bouts of the same duration with the platform moving but without an object or mouse present (TRAP2-CTRL).
