Quantification of -H2AX foci in complemented DIAPH1-P1 fibroblasts before and after exposure to 3 Gy IR. -H2AX foci were visualised by immunofluorescence microscopy and quantified in a minimum of 500 cells were counted per time point, per experiment. The mean of n = 3 independent experiments is shown with the SEM. Representative images of the cells at different time points before and post-irradiation are shown. The scale bars represent 10 m.
