Quantification of non-viable E. coli and S. aureus cells treated over 15 and 60 min with SaBeH (white), polymyxin B (light grey) and 70% aq. (v/v) ethanol (dark grey) after subtracting corresponding counts obtained for untreated cells, measured using flow cytometry.
