Tracking the origin of clonotypes detected in the posttreatment tumor specimen. TCR clonotypes were classified based on whether they were unique to the posttreatment sample (63.65% of clonotypes) or shared with any of the PBMC samples (blood), the pretreatment tumor sample or both the pretreatment tumor and blood. The number in the center indicates the number of productive TCR clonotypes in the posttreatment tumor sample.
