Tumor class predictions for 17 cfDNA samples obtained from CSF samples of pediatric CNS tumor patients with more than 2,500 CpGs covered and an estimated tumor fraction above 0.1. MethyLYZR provided high-confidence predictions for 16 of the 17 samples and, among these, achieved 93% accuracy, including a metastasis predicted as metastatic (instead of CNS).
