L. decemlineata (n = 6 L3 larvae per group) receiving the 24 ng dsRNA treatments were subjected to feeding area measurements 3 days post-treatment to measure the consumed leaf area in a 2-h period representing the morning activity peak. The data was analyzed through one-way ANOVA followed by Šídák’s test between dsRNAs targeting Ld - psmb5 . Box plots show the interquartile range and whiskers extend to minimum and maximum values
