Line Plot from Scientific Research

L. decemlineata (n = 15 L3 larvae) were fed with 600 ng (200 ng/L * 3 L) or 24 ng (8 ng/L * 3 L) of dsRNA used in commercial product Ledprona or dsRNA designed using dsRIP against Ld - psmb5 or 600 ng of dsmGFP as control. The daily assessed larval survival was plotted (mean survival standard error), and the survival curves of two dsRNAs targeting the same target gene were compared using log-rank test.
