The variation score was analyzed in six different datasets of acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and plotted in relation to donor age if provided or otherwise in relation to predicted age (with the 27 CpG WKDE model). Untreated AML samples (green), treated AML samples with azacitidine (purple), healthy controls from the same datasets if provided (red), and for comparison the training set of healthy controls are depicted.
