Comparison of the function of the top 15 drugs with the highest association between pctMT and drug resistance (resp. drug sensitivity) and the set of tested drugs. All drugs tested on the CCLE are classified into categories according to their target. The fraction of drugs falling into each category is plotted. Significance is computed using a Fisher exact test.
