Dot plots show the enrichment of selected promoters from genes associated with the GO term modulation of chemical synaptic transmission (Fig. 6 b), compared to 10% input, using the FLAG antibody (targeting Neurog2-FLAG) and the Hmgb2 antibody in bFGF culture. Data are shown as median IQR; single dots represent independent biological replicates. Significance was tested with two-tailed Mann-Whitney test.
