2PF and BTHG imaging of mouse ear at a post-objective laser power of 8 mW after intravenous injection of OTBP NCs. The green signal obtained upon 1040-nm excitation or the red signal obtained upon 1300-nm excitation is the second-harmonic generation from collagen fibers;ex= 1040 nm for 2PF;ex= 1300 nm for BTHG.
