Microscopy from Scientific Research

STXM images of magnetic spin texture evolution under an out-of-plane magnetic field sweep from the saturation field µ0Hz= 250 mT to zero field, for various disk diameters and ion doses. We created patterns in regions of 20μm×20μm size each with different disk diameters ddisk∈ {200, 350, 500 nm} with a spacing of 350 nm in between disks, and for ion doses of 150 ions/nm2 and 250 ions/nm2. Skyrmionium (xiv), target skyrmion (xix) and a skyrmion bag (xxix) coexist at µ0Hz= 50 mT.
