The ITT population included participants who submitted at least one swab, and the modified ITT population included those without evidence of SARS-CoV-2 infection before the second dose of the primary series. The primary analysis population included participants in the modified ITT population enrolled within 4 weeks of receiving the second dose of the initial vaccination series. The post-crossover analysis population included the subset of participants in the modified ITT population who had enrolled within 4 weeks of receiving the second dose of the crossover series (ie, dose 4) without evidence of previous infection by this second dose.
