Overview of the training neural networks that constitute LabelFreeTracker. U1 is used to predict nuclear center positions from nuclear fluorescence images and serves as a ground truth for U4. U2, U3, and U4 are networks trained to predict the nuclear fluorescence, membrane fluorescence, and nuclear center positions from bright-field images, respectively. Micrographs are 128 128 pixels, equivalent to 40 40 m.
