Enrichment analysis of the top 10% of genes that were differentially impacted(i) enriched MSigDB Hallmark pathways and (ii) enriched KEGG pathways. The enrichment ratio is the ratio of observed significant proteins in a cluster belonging to a given pathway to the total number of proteins that could have been identified in that category in the background universe. In this case, we used all proteins identified in the experiment as the cell-specific background.
