Gel from Scientific Research

MCF7 cultured in normoxia (20% O2) or hypoxia (1% O2) for 12 h were subjected to IP with anti-R42me2a antibody. Whole cell lysates (input), immunoprecipitates (IP: R42me2a), and supernatant post IP were analyzed by IB with antibodies as indicated. The intensities of R42me2a and HIF2 were quantified by ImageJ and normalized values are presented.
