MCF7 cells cultured in normoxic (20% O2) or hypoxic (1% O2) condition for 3 h were subjected to chromatin immunoprecipitation with anti-HIF1alpha antibody, followed by qPCR analysis with primers specifically targeting the promoter regions of PRMT1, LDHA, and PKM2. The promoter region of RPL13A, a non-HIF1alpha target gene, serves as the negative control (CTL) region (mean ± SEM,**p< 0.01,***p< 0.001, N.S, non-significant).
