Differentially expressed (DE) genes in the HSC cluster clustered into groups with genotype- or sex-biased patterns of expression change. The groups were identified using the degPatterns function from the DEGreport package, which groups genes that share a pattern of expression change across sample groups. Groups with a minimum number of 15 genes are displayed. In total, these groups represent 397 out of the 399 significant DE genes in the HSC cluster.
