The most common mCAs were largely male biased, except for a few abnormalities such as the MDS subgroup defining del(5q). Shown are mCAs that were present in 100 samples and had p< 0.2 in multivariable logistic regression, including age, age squared, ever smoking status, and the first ten genetic principal components as covariates. del(5q) was present in 99 cases.
