Fractionation of total lipids from RAW M0 extracts. Each lane corresponds to a biological replicate that was grown in LDL-free medium, in the presence of EtOH (vehicle) or 10 uM 7-KC (n= 3). On the right are presented two aligned chromatograms that correspond to the mean +- SEM of replicates of each tested condition (7-KC in red).
