Mutation analysis of Ehd1-promoter-edited rice (T1) lines using LaDecode. T1T12 indicate the sgRNA targets. The graph is plotted based on the mutation results from LaDecode. Fragment/base deletion (-#bp), base insertion (+#bp), and fragment inversion (inv) in homozygous or heterozygous states are indicated.
