The main interface design for HiDecode and the interface for LaDecode are similar. The main interface includes the menu, toolbar, file input and settings panel, plate canvas, and results panel. The file input dialogue can be opened by clicking the open button in the file input panel or on the toolbar. Users can select the barcode type used for labeling samples in a 96-well plate (96xn or 12 x 8) or define their own barcode sequences. To analyze sequencing data of simple PCR products amplified from individual samples, users can select the checkbox for single-sample model without introducing sample barcodes. After the analysis, the overall decoding summary of the selected plate is shown in the top right panel, and the result of each sample is displayed in the bottom panel. Yellowed positions indicate no result was produced for the sample.
