Relative contents of flavonoids (sieboldin, 4-o-glucosylvitexin, and fustin), phenolic acid (methyl salicylate-2-O-glucoside), amino acid (2-amino-3-hydroxypropionic acid), and phospholipids (lysophosphatidylcholine LPC [16:0], LPC [1-acyl 16:0], and LPC [1-acyl 18:3]) in potato accessions with reference allele (Ref) and alternative allele (Alt). The p-values were determined using a Wilcoxon test. The boxplots show the median (horizontal line) and individual values (black dots).
