AI-based semi-quantitative intensity histoscore (H-score) of membrane-associated (mb)MT1-MMP. Distribution of H-score values corresponding to each time point is represented using Whisker plots. Median, upper and lower quartiles and extremes are shown. However, due to limited sample size for individual time points, statistical analysis comparing control and RRAGC KO tumor xenografts was performed after pooling H-scores from the three time points.
