Immunofluorescence of centromeres (ACA) and chromosomes (DAPI) during anaphase. Cells 1 and 2 showed normal anaphase. In cells 3-8, lagging chromosomes were found; they were individually discernible (cells 3-6) and indiscernible (cells 7 and 8) due to their relatively low and high number, respectively.
