NMR experiments. Saturation transfer difference NMR (STD-NMR) experiments demonstrate an STD effect of Hla (10 μM) to QDS inhibitors H831 and H052, whereas no effect was visible toward the inactive analog 17. Experiments were performed in aqueous buffer (TRIS, pH 8.5) with the addition of 10% D2O, the QDS concentration was 500 μM.
