Chemoproteomics experiments. Probe 14 was incubated with cells (lane 1) or pure Hla (lane 3), irradiated at 365 nm for 30 min, clicked with biotin azide, and affinity purified with avidin-coated beads. Proteins were eluted, separated by SDS-PAGE, and visualized in-gel with trichloroethanol. Whereas the probe did not pull down cellular proteins, an affinity purification of Hla was clearly visible.
