Screening process to identify TF interactions with proteins and chromatin. Each strain contains one of 89 TF genes endogenously tagged with a 3xFLAG affinity epitope. Cells cultured under optimal conditions (30°C, rich medium) were subjected to IP-MS at 150 and 500 mM NaCl and to ChIP-seq.
