Flowchart of naive CD8 + T cells cultured with BMDM supernatant. Young WT and Old G3 Terc -/- BMDMs were stimulated by LPS (1 g/mL) for 24 h, and supernatants were collected. Purified naive Young WT and Old G3 Terc -/- CD8 + T cells were cultured with the supernatants (1:1) in the presence of plate-coated alpha-CD3 Abs and alpha-CD28 Abs for 3 days. Cytotoxicity, apoptosis, and proliferation tests were detected by FACS.
