Workflow from Scientific Research

C57BL/6 mice were injected with PBS ( n = 6, i.p.) or VS-IP1 ( n = 6, i.p., 5 mg/kg) for 12 h and then infected with CVB3 (2 2 × 10 5 PFU per gram body, i.p.) for 7 days. The LVEF, LVFS, and E/A ratio in mice were analyzed by echocardiography.
