G4 KIT1 (10 M) formation, indicated by the CD intensity measured at 260 nm, in the presence of 3 molar equivalents of 9, is rapidly and reversibly photoswitched in 10 mM Tris-HCl buffer, 100 mM LiCl, pH 7.4, by alternating phases of 405 nm and 525 nm illuminations.
