Cox proportional hazards model indicates that increased posttreatment TBX21 is associated with improved OS when adjusting for ICB type, age, sex, BRAF mutation status and CMV status (HR adj = 0.61; 95% CI, 0.38 to 0.96; P = 0.035 derived from Wald test). Increased age is associated with increased risk of death when controlling for TBX21 (HR adj = 1.03; 95% CI, 1.00 to 1.05; P = 0.023, Wald test).
