The fractions were scaled to range from zero to one for each virus ID. The raw total fraction of positive cells for each virus ID across all samples is shown in blue below. The raw total number of reads for each virus ID in blank sequencing reagents 51 (Extended Data Fig. 10b ) is shown in green below.
