Workflow from Scientific Research

Edits change the assignment of synapses to segment IDs. Each of the four synapses is assigned to the segment IDs (colors) according to the presynaptic and postsynaptic points (point, bar). The identity of the segments changes through proofreading (time passed: Δ T ) indicated by different colors. The lineage graph shows the current segment ID (color) for each point in time.
