TRPV4, TRPM3, and TRPM4 are present in murine sperm transcriptome. mRNA sequencing (mRNA-Seq) reads from purified caudal epididymal murine sperm cells and peripheral blood leukocytes (Pbl). Fpkm, fragments per kilobase of transcript per million mapped reads. The dotted line shows the expected number of sequence reads for genes with similar expression levels in the sperm cells and Pbl.
