The current-temperature relationship was determined using I Ba 2+ amplitudes sampled at - 20 mV (gray triangle) and stimulated by temperature ramps from 24 °C to 41 °C. The linear fits of two phases of thermal response were used to determine Q 10 and a thermal threshold (T h ). Data are mean values ± S.E.M., n corresponds to the number of cells used. Inserts show the main conducting ions and pH of the solutions used.
