At the core of PyPropel is the module for feature generation, which helps the structural and functional characterisation of protein sequences, particularly facilitating sequence-based prediction problem studies. Once labels and features are generated, the data can directly be passed on to machine learning libraries (e.g. scikit-learn, with two examples demonstrated on PyPropel’s documentation) to train models.
