For the transition rates, the mean of the posterior distributions across all runs is given. The Z value can be understood as the percentage of times the transition rate was set to zero, among all the sampled parameters. The different arrows represent different probabilities of transitions between the states: high probability (strong black arrows, Z value < 15%), moderate probability (thin black arrows, Z value 20-55%) and low probability (dashed black arrows, Z value > 85%).
