3D reconstruction of TOF-SIMS secondary-ion fragments sputtered from the Li-metal anode cycled with HSE-LiI and HSE (13:1) electrolytes, respectively. The sputtered area is 100 x 100 m2. The species containing e) CH and f) LiF2−signals were selected, which are the main compounds of the investigated SEI layer.
