Schematic of the fabrication process. Thick films of pristine, spin-coated PEDOT:PSS are exposed to a focused femtosecond pulsed laser beam using the commercial Nanoscribe instrument. 3D target patterns are sliced into layers and sequentially exposed upon translation of the laser-focusing plane with a piezoelectric stage. After development in water, only the exposed patterns remain.
