Workflow from Scientific Research

Representative images of SARS-CoV-2 spike protein receptor-binding domain (RBD) antibody-treated ACE2-expressing cells (AECs). AECs were incubated with the indicated concentrations of RBD antibody for 1 hour, followed by SARS-CoV-2 spike protein RBD-AF647 (red) for 1 hour. Cells were then fixed, permeabilized, and stained with DAPI (blue) to visualize nuclei. Images were acquired using confocal microscopy. Scale bar, 10 m.
