UMAP from Scientific Research

Uniform manifold approximation and projection (UMAP) plots of major cell types identified in three pairs of SS samples and two pairs of RMS samples and dot plots of marker genes of each cell type. Dot plots show marker gene expression levels normalized byZscore (dot color), and dot size represents the fraction of expression in one cell type. High correlation between paired tumor samples and PTCs is observed when scRNA-seq data of both pairs of PTCs and parental tumor samples are merged and analyzed. No batch effect is observed.
