Overview of sample information and p53 mutation frequencies in the TCGA PanCanAtlas. 9,875 primary tumor samples spanning 33 different cancer types were illustrated, with sample size and p53 mutated frequencies of each cancer type presented. Cancers with a sample size of more than 100 patients and a p53 mutation rate of more than 5% are labeled black for subsequent analysis (20 cancer types included). Others are marked in gray.
