Eight-week-old male NSI mice were inoculated subcutaneously with 2×106Huh7 cells into the right flanks. A total of 5×106CAR T cells or PBS was injected peritumorally when the xenograft volume was ∼50 mm3(day 0). The majority of mice exhibited severe graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) symptoms, halting animal experiments on day 27.
