Workflow from Scientific Research

Biomarker features collected up to 14 days before the day of blood culture draw were applied at timepoint 0 (day 0), and used for prediction of outcome labels. The clinical outcomes, provided by the microbiology laboratory, were available with a typical delay of 2448 h after blood sample collection.
