Representative bright-field micrographs of collagen-embedded U251 spheroids immunostained for either ARHGAP12 or ARHGAP29 (brown) and counterstained with hematoxylin. Cytoplasmic labeling of ARHGAP12 in the spheroid core became more pronounced after BIO treatment (black arrowheads). For ARHGAP29, cytoplasmic and membranous labeling was noted, especially on the spheroid periphery and on migratory cells, which was reduced after treatment with BIO (red arrowheads).
