Immunoblot analysis of IRF3 in cytoplasmic and nuclear fractions of HEK293T cells transfected with control plasmid or plasmid expressing FLAG-TOLLIP for 24 h, followed by infection with SeV for 0-8 h. Lamin B1 served as a loading control for the nuclear fraction and Tubulin for the cytoplasmic fraction. Data were collected and expressed as mean SD from three independent experiments. Students t test was performed, with*p< 0.05,**p< 0.01,***p< 0.001, and****p< 0.0001.
