Oligomerization of NRC2 induced by AvrNb and PcRXLR25. NRC2 (OD600= 0.6) was expressed in nrc2/3/4 leaves, either alone or in combination with AvrNb (OD600= 0.2), PcRXLR25 (OD600= 0.2), or PsAvh105 (OD600= 0.2). Leaves were harvested 48 h post-infiltration. NRC2 oligomerization was assessed using BN–PAGE and SDS–PAGE. Total protein was extracted with Tris–HCl buffer, separated on native and denaturing gels, and immunoblotted with specific antibodies.
