At day 3, viral DNA/RNA is present in both ependymoglial cells lining the ventricle and neurons in the telencephalic MZ. Viral transduction is not correlated with cell proliferation, as indicated by the lack of overlap with EdU. Boxes indicate magnified regions (E′ and E″).
